One of the most buzzed about bands in recent memory, the female-fronted, multi-instrumental power trio The Accidentals, return to C2G Music Hall March 7 for a raucous night of music and fun.Currently touring in support of their live album, simply titled Live, The Accidentals will show off the genre-hopping range of influences and smart songwriting skills that led Yahoo! Music to declare their live show as “one of the most life-changing musical experiences of a lifetime.”Citing a wide range of artists who have had significant impact of their style from Andrew Bird, Arcade Fire, and Death Cab For Cutie, to The Beatles, Doris Day, and David Bowie, The Accidentals are an eclectic bunch of dedicated musicians that seemingly don’t mind weeks spent on the tour bus. They played over 200 shows last year, including their first trip to Europe, showcasing their talents in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The industry is taking notice as well. Billboard calls them “dynamic, undaunted, and unexpected” and NPR describes them as “some of the most compelling songwriters of our time.” There likely won’t be many more chances to see a band of this talent in as intimate a venue as C2G since there is little doubt they are on the verge of breaking big.
