Wunderkammer Company is proud to present “Set & Setting: An Immersive Psych Installation,” curated by Tobias Studios. The exhibition will open Friday, May 24, from 6-9 p.m.

This will be the third exhibition Tobias Studios has curated at Wunderkammer Company and it is bound to be a memorable experience. Inspired by people, environment, and overall context of what makes a successful psychedelic experience, artists will be presenting work which is meant to redefine the viewers perception of reality. Some of the artists with works on display include, of course, Jerrod Tobias, along with Dan Moord, Alyssa Deck, Alec Johnson, Julia Guerin, Dannon Schroeder, Julia Hyndman, CP Sturtevant, Scotty Knepple, and several more.

This opening gala also features music as Knepple unpacks his one-man band Totally Orange Time Machine for an hour of time travel that is sure to please. Slug Love will follow Knepple on stage, busting out their grunge/punk/rock jams to fill the rest of the night.

Wunderkammer Company’s mission is to revitalize communities through contemporary arts. It is known for carefully curating exhibitions, educational programs, performances, and special events that push boundaries, defy convention, spur conversation, and routinely court controversy.

This exhibition is sure to do all of those things and more. Prepare to be challenged. Cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
